In many organisations the Personal Report is often discussed at a one-to-one review involving the subject of the feedback and their coach, programme co-coordinator or line manager. The value of the session often depends on how well it is planned and managed.

360 Degree Feedback Skills Workshop

This is a two-day workshop for up to 12 participants, facilitated by one of Digital Opinion's coaching consultants. Its aim is to develop in coaches, managers or anyone else responsible for facilitating one-to-one feedback sessions, the guidance and skills they need to maximise the effectiveness of the feedback process.
