Process Design

"People Manager" is designed to make the entire process as quick and easy as possible for all concerned, including coordinators, managers and those being asked to provide the feedback.

At the start of the programme, our Project Team will work closely with you to understand exactly how you would like the process to work, and they will offer advice and guidance based on accepted best practice and what has worked well for other clients. Their task is to automate and streamline the administrative tasks which traditionally have been such a burden in 360 degree feedback, including:

  • Enrolling participants (managers and reviewers)
  • Sending out questionnaires
  • Sending reminders
  • Collecting and collating feedback
  • Generating and delivering reports

This streamlining minimises the time and effort your people need to spend on the process so that they can focus on the learning and development side.

To help you to keep fully in control of the programme, we provide an online co-coordinator console which enables you quickly and easily to monitor progress and communicate directly with all participants. So, even if you are assessing several thousand managers in global locations, we ensure that you remain in complete control throughout.
