2005 Survey of HR Professionals
The Workplace Bullying - 2005 Survey of HR Professionals was one of the UK's biggest ever investigations into workplace bullying. It was commissioned by Personnel Today and The Andrea Adams Trust, and designed and conducted by Digital Opinion who built on the 2004 survey designed by Personnel Today. It was conducted in September and October 2005, and of the 31,000 HR professionals who were invited to take part, 1,391 (4.5%) responded.
The survey was divided into three parts. The first part invited participants to consider their direct experience of workplace bullying; the second their indirect experience (their observations); and the third their views on trends and the nature and effectiveness of remedies.
