Interpretation

As well as providing a comprehensive suite of interactive online and Excel-based reports, we also provide a Research Report: a detailed and objective interpretation of the results of the survey, written by one of Digital Opinion's senior researchers. Using plain English, it identifies trends and tendencies, and its conclusions and recommendations provide the starting point for the post-survey action planning process.

The Research Report can be used in conjunction with the interactive reporting tools, but is really intended to be read as a stand-alone summary. It is, therefore, ideal for senior managers who need to grasp the essentials without going into every detail.
