One of Europe's most successful airlines was concerned that the pressures associated with sustained growth, unprecedented expansion and a major acquisition were beginning to have an adverse effect on the vitality of its distinctive culture, and the morale of its people.
It engaged Digital Opinion to design and conduct a culture survey which would identify those aspects of the culture which remained strong and the issues which needed addressing.
