Engaging head office employees
Each year Digital Opinion surveys the Head Office employees of one the UK's biggest operators of licensed retail brands. The principal objective of the survey is to measure employee engagement and identify the factors which have the biggest impact on job satisfaction and commitment to the Group.
The Group uses our reports and the key driver information to design policies, procedures and development programmes which are rigorously implemented within every business function and individual team. And raising engagement has now become a key measure of management performance throughout the Group.
As a result of these efforts employee engagement has increased steadily across Head Office and the annual survey has become established as both a driver and indicator of performance.
