Implementing key performance indicators at one of Europe's leading industrial services groups

For three years Digital Opinion has been helping one of Europe's leading industrial services groups to measure employee engagement and, more importantly, to identify the factors which really drive engagement.

Each year we survey the Group's employees across ten countries and in six languages, provide an extensive suite of multilingual reports, and conduct a key driver analysis which identifies the issues that have the biggest impact on job satisfaction and commitment to the Group.

The Group uses our reports and the key driver information to design a broad range of organisational and employee development programmes. As a result, employee engagement has increased steadily across all its European operations, and it now relies on the Digital Opinion engagement model as one of its key performance indicators.
