Action Planning
For many companies, developing, implementing and then evaluating an action planning programme which drives sustainable improvement is the most challenging part of the survey process. However, unless effective action planning takes place, change will not happen and engagement will not improve.
Digital Opinion's Action Planning Workshops and Workbooks are a tried and tested answer to this challenge. They are designed to provide managers and team leaders with the knowledge and skills they need to conduct effective action planning sessions with their own teams. After participating managers will have:
- An understanding of what it means to individual employees to feel engaged
- An understanding of the benefits to the company of employee engagement
- An understanding of the results of the survey and the issues they need to focus on to raise the level of engagement
- An understanding of their own sphere of influence and how they can co-ordinate local actions with MUSI-wide initiatives
- A structured way of working with their teams to plan and execute engagement-focused actions.
We recommend that all managers, including senior management, who will be responsible for working with their teams to raise the level of engagement, attend these workshops. Ideally workshops would be grouped by level of seniority to encourage full participation.
