Data Analysis

Digital Opinion will cut and analyse the data to meet your specific research objectives. Typically that means analysing at three levels:

• At the highest level the analysis can be based on your organisational structural e.g. by country, business unit, division or function.
• At the second level it can be based on your demographics, such as age, ethnicity, grade, length of service and gender.
• The third level combines the structural and demographic analyses, thus offering very detailed insights. However, this level of analysis may be precluded by anonymity concerns and commitments.

In addition, we will perform a number of advanced statistical analyses which will enable you to identify correlations and key drivers. These analyses often provide extremely valuable insights into the feedback.
