Employee Research

Presentation

In many ways the most important part of the survey process begins after the analysis and reporting have been completed. The first challenge is to present the results of the survey to the different audiences throughout your organisation, in ways which are relevant and compelling.

Typically the presentations include:

  • A Board Presentation based on the analytical and interpretive work carried out in writing the Research Report, and delivered by a senior consultant, and
  • A Summary Report for all employees. This provides an overview of the results, in a graphical format which is quick and easy to understand.

We believe that by involving employees in the feedback in this way, they are much more likely to be positive about participating in, and implementing, post-survey plans and initiatives, and participating in future surveys.
