Engagement Interactive

Engagement Interactive is a web-based application which is designed to ensure that action plans are indeed implemented, and the level of engagement is raised and maintained. It builds on Digital Opinion’s Action Planning Workshops and Workbooks and combines an easy-to-use website, resources, and ongoing consultancy

The specific objectives of Engagement Interactive are to:

• Support line managers and team leaders and help them to record and continuously monitor effective actions arising from their team discussions
• Provide line managers and team leaders with a range of resources to make the action planning process as easy and effective as possible
• Provide senior managers with an easy way of monitoring the roll-out of action plans across the business, and of supporting the efforts of line managers and team leaders.
