Full circle
We see an employee survey as an ongoing business improvement process rather than a discrete event. Therefore, we believe that many kinds of employee surveys need to be repeated as a means of measuring the extent to which real improvements have been made.
For many organisations the key question is: how often should an employee survey be repeated? In our view, the answer is simple. Do not conduct a follow-up survey before the improvement initiatives from the last survey have been properly driven home and benefits have had a chance to take effect.
