Interpretation

We will provide you with a written Research Report. This is a detailed and objective interpretation of the results of the survey, written by Digital Opinion's senior project consultant. Using plain English, it identifies trends and tendencies, and its conclusions and recommendations provide the starting point for the action planning process.

The Research Report usually includes a Key Driver analysis. This combines a detailed statistical analysis with Digital Opinion's broad experience in understanding and interpreting employee surveys. The Key Driver Analysis identifies correlations between the issues covered by the survey and establishes the strength of those correlations. In the case of engagement surveys, it measures the extent to which engagement is directly affected by the issues covered by the survey. In other words, it identifies the factors which matter most to your employees and have the greatest impact on the level of engagement in your organisation.

You can use the Research Report in conjunction with the suite of Excel or online reports, but it is really intended to be read as a stand-alone summary. It is, therefore, ideal for senior managers who need to grasp the essentials without going into the detail.
