Reporting
We believe that it is vital to the ultimate success of the survey that the results be communicated as clearly and effectively as possible. Our approach is to design reports which are tailored to the exact needs and capabilities of the different audiences that will use them. Therefore, early in the survey project, we work closely with each client to define the reporting requirements.
Our reports are, in fact, powerful, easy-to use, interactive tools. Purpose designed for both online and Excel-based reporting, they enable managers to sort, arrange and drill into the data so that they can quickly identify strengths, weaknesses and development priorities. Presenting the data clearly and logically, they enable managers in different Business Units or locations to reach, quickly and easily, a shared perspective on the key issues. In so doing, we help them to develop and co-ordinate an effective programme of action plans and interventions.
