To ensure that a high response is achieved, research objectives are met and the survey is a complete success, we provide our clients with full support over the life of the project. The key features of that support are:
- We will assign to your survey a dedicated consultant and project manager. They will facilitate the survey planning workshop and provide ongoing guidance and support
- We will assign a dedicated IT specialist who will liaise with your technical team to ensure that all technical aspects of the online survey and reporting work smoothly
- The consultant and project manager will arrange a series of conference calls with your project team to provide two-way updates on progress and to identify potential difficulties
- We will provide an online response rate report which will provide you with an up to the minute view of respondent numbers broken down by agreed categories
- We will provide a helpline for all survey participants over the life of the project.
