Events for 2009
Digital Opinion's consultants are regular speakers on the subject of employee engagement. They cover a range of issues such as defining engagement, conducting engagement surveys, and turning insight into action. Typically the sessions are interactive and offer ideas and techniques which have broad application.
Most events are facilitated by Hilary Osmend, Digital Opinion's Employee Engagement specialist. Hilary helps organisations to design and implement surveys, workshops and ongoing programmes which help them to raise the level of engagement.
Before joining Digital Opinion, she worked with The Gallup Organization where, for over ten years, she developed her expertise in employee engagement and her passion for helping organisations to improve business performance through their people.
