Testimonials

Take a look at what people are saying ...

As Head of HR at Wood Mackenzie for 10 years, I look back and regard meeting Mark and his team at Digital Opinion as one of our 'really good days'. We recognised early at WoodMac that understanding Employee Engagement was central to creating superior business performance. We had ideas on how to create engagement, but needed a tool to measure it and our progress over time. Digital Opinion provided the perfect solution. Over successive years, Mark and his team supported us in analysing the feedback from our annual employee survey, modifying the survey tool as the business itself evolved; and always did this with customer focus, technical expertise, and developing a real 'feel' for our organisation. The term Trusted Advisor is over-used these days, but Mark has been exactly that for me for many years, and will always be one of the first phone calls I make when taking on HR leadership roles in the future.
David Roberts, Human Resource Director, Wood Mackenzie Ltd

Digital Opinion provided great planning, flexibility and preparation in getting to know our business. They delivered great responsive and tailored support as promised, while at the same time offering firm expert guidance.
Neil Tune, UK HR Director, Fitness First Clubs Limited

Johnston Press
Using your Engagement Survey as a Business Tool for Change

Johnston Press is one of the top community media organisations in the UK and Ireland - both in print and online. However as audiences became more sophisticated JP needed to embrace a range of digital channels and engage their readers in new ways. In 2011 a strategy was implemented which would enable JP to maintain its position as a premier player in this new environment. Success would need people to change mindsets and attitude and embrace new skill sets and ways of doing things. It would also need a high level of buy-in and commitment - in other words engagement. The first step - getting a solid measure of how engaged the people were.

"It was an opportunity to do something very positive in
an organisation where we're making a lot of changes"

Catriona Macdonald, HR Director
Johnston Press
