Our Solutions

Employee engagement surveys

Digital Opinion specialises in designing and conducting employee engagement surveys. Our work helps companies and individuals unlock their true potential through maximising engagement and aligning people's attitudes and behaviours with business goals.

What we do for our clients

We design and conduct surveys that measure how engaged their people are, and help them understand how their feelings, thoughts and actions affect engagement and business performance.

We also help them set up post-survey action programmes that get people acting on the feedback and driving improvement right across the business.

How we do it

  • First, we help companies design and conduct surveys which ask the right questions, provide a clear measure of engagement, identify the key engagement drivers, and show how well attitudes and behaviours are aligned with the needs of the business.

  • Second, we help them get all the key people in the company behind the survey. If the survey's going to kick-start an on-going improvement process that delivers results, stake-holder commitment is vital.

  • Third, we provide on-going action programmes which get the whole company acting on the feedback. We give managers and team leaders a structure and a process for team-based action. We also provide the support, guidance and reinforcement they need to succeed.

It goes without saying that everything is tailored to our clients' needs.

What our clients say about us

wm

David Roberts, Head of HR
Wood Mackenzie

As Head of HR at Wood Mackenzie for 10 years, I look back and regard meeting Mark and his team at Digital Opinion as one of our 'really good days'.

We recognised early at WoodMac that understanding Employee Engagement was central to creating superior business performance. We had ideas on how to create engagement, but needed a tool to measure it and our progress over time.

Digital Opinion provided the perfect solution. Over successive years, Mark and his team supported us in analysing the feedback from our annual employee survey, modifying the survey tool as the business itself evolved; and always did this with customer focus, technical expertise, and developing a real 'feel' for our organisation.

The term Trusted Advisor is over-used these days, but Mark has been exactly that for me for many years, and will always be one of the first phone calls I make when taking on HR leadership roles in the future.
