Benchmarking comes in two flavours. External benchmarks enable our clients to compare themselves against other companies; internal benchmarks enable them to compare different teams or functions or progress over time.
The former are particularly valuable in the case of first time surveys, the latter in the case of subsequent surveys where the key is to assess the effectiveness of post-survey actions and track progress.
